Its was another long sunday. But it all worth it. So enjoy reading the content. Well, traveled to Siglap South for warm up. When Mr Quek arrived. We loaded everything instrument onto our lorry for NAC Performance and the Adult drumming course. Reach the Kallang CC at around 3 and set up everything for around 20 Seniors Citizens. And there age was around 50-70. Its was really heart warming to really see them enjoying themselves. Playing on the drum. And smiling even better that they had strike the lottery. They made me feel that life is more meaningful. Although they were quite hard to teach but at the end of the course. They come telling me and the other The Percussion Assembly member which was most of us at Symphonic Percussion. The was a second ground also. They are the Girls Percusssion. But we are teaching different place. Ok back to subject. They came to us and say you guys are great. We really enjoyed ourself and shaking our hands. Who knows a little effort can make them so happy. It was really meaningful! :D

The NAC Performance was great as well! We played 7 pieces today, the pieces are

4. The Rodent's wedding 老鼠娶亲
5. The roaring flying crackers 冲天炮
6. The Rolling Walnuts 滚核桃
7. Dragon Dancing and Tiger Leaping 龙腾虎跃

Played really well! Mr Quek played the last song with us! Was like. WOW! All the songs have very good stories behind it. Maybe next time you can come and see me and my group performance. :D But i just play a small role in making the music sounds better. I actually though of something. But i had already change my mind. Haha. :D I love percussion more and more. Theres more to percussion than just using two sticks and playing a score or something. Its about How you enjoy playing it and knowing the good meaning of the song. and many many more. Which is going to be for you to find out yourself. After the performance. Have to clear the stage. And we had to carry around 30 drums of different shape and size. Kallang CC people are grat, nice and awesome people. They helped us with the instrument without needing them to help us. But with there help. We finish really fast and had time to rest. This was my most tireding performance. Act like alot of different animals to be a little more drama for the songs. But its was really fun. And it was all worth it. Lorry was late and we took photos. Shall post the tml. remember to look back to this post. Haha. Went the lorry reach loaded up and went back to Siglap. Was around 9.30 already. Keep everything and head to bedok mrt station for yikhang, sharon, kenny and weixiang. When me and ben drop off at Raffles. Reach home around 11.30 and updating now.

Its was a really long day sia! But it was awesome! Got two new shirt for TPA and songs are getting stronger and stronger. Stupid me. No wonder Mr Quek looked so familiar. Today when the MC was talking and i heard. Welcome Mr Quek Assistant Conductor of SCO. And i was like like. HUH?!!? I finally remember him. His a really great teacher! wooooo!

This was my second performance with Symphonic Percussion and was great. Now i'm with TPA! The Percussion Assembly. :D

After seeing the things that happen today. I've grown up! Doing some charity work teaching Seniors playing drum and seeing them enjoy so much. Its like the best reward that i gotten already. I can't have ask for anything better! Can't wait for the rest of the course!! :D

I need to go remedial tml and meeting up with some of my secondary friends to watch movie. Can't wait. But for now. All i want to do is drop dead on my bed. Nights people.
